Visit the dining tents for a terrific program
we have organized for this year's festival:

Friday there will be a celebrity chef cooking contest. Each participant receives mystery ingredients and then has an hour to concoct a delicious dish. Also, Friday is "Localvore Lunch Day." Several area farms prepare a wide range of menu selections using locally grown ingredients. Lamb kabobs, hamburgers and cheese burgers, quiche, grilled cheese sandwiches, and organic wood oven pizzas are just some of the delicious food available.
Saturday will serve up Vermont BBQ with local eateries staking their claim to the "best damn BBQ house" in Vermont. Vermont very well may be as reputed for craft beer as it is for craft of the art-variety. Several breweries will be represented at Taste of Stowe, including Rock Art, Otter Creek, and Magic Hat. While sipping some cool suds and smacking your lips over a spicy rib, kick back and enjoy the Starline Rhythm Boys belt out a few rock-a-billy tunes.
Sunday brings the local cognoscenti out in droves for the actual Taste of Stowe, which begins at 11:30. More than a dozen chefs set up in the dining tent to serve two to three of their specialties. This is very popular and usually the food runs out before 3PM. As the chefs try to outdo one another, the public is the real winner here.

Tickets: Adults $ 8, Youth $ 2, Children FREE

Bring your kids to the KidZone at the HDAC-Taste of Stowe Arts Festival tent, they'll work with Natasha Bogar & Angie Iannuzzi, creating pieces of artwork to bring home. At the end of the weekend we will have a mural that will later be showing at the HDAC building.
